I enjoyed the fact that they took care of the hardwood floors as well as the front door when moving larger furniture. All that information is to let you know that they are interested in preventing problems rather than fixing them later.

The movers were right on time and ready to work as soon as they arrived. They carefully loaded the truck and ensured that our belongings were safe before leaving for the new site. I really enjoyed them updating us on the entire move and being able to answer every question that we had. Very dependable service.

I didn't have to worry about anything while they worked. The crew from Smooth Move People took charge and figured things out on their own, which was exactly what I needed. Made the whole process simple and painless.

The whole process was easier than I thought it would be. I had a two bedroom apartment with a lot of stuff packed into closets and the movers helped me go through everything to make sure nothing got left behind. They counted about 60 boxes in total and loaded them all in around 4 hours. When I unpacked the last box a few days later, I realized nothing was missing.

What a great experience overall. The movers helped relocate supplies for my repair shop including tool racks and storage cabinets. They removed drawers before lifting, stacked them securely and tightened straps on each side of the truck. In the workshop they positioned each rack where I pointed. The coordination between them was impressive and made the process completely hassle free.

The movers wrapped the couches and chairs tightly, stacked them neatly, and made sure nothing touched the floor.
